HB 898 has been set for a hearing on Wednesday.
 
Wednesday, April 5th
10:30am or upon adjournment of the House
Capitol Extension E2.036
 
Parking - there is a Capitol Visitor Garage located between 13th and 12th Streets on San Jacinto.  https://tspb.texas.gov/plan/parking/parking.html
 
You will have to go through security to get into the main Capitol Building.  If you have a License to Carry, you can bypass security by showing the DPS Trooper your LTC and be scanned in. You are allowed to carry a weapon into the capitol, if you are licensed.  
 
Once past security, go to the elevator and take it down to E2 level.  This is the underground extension area of the Capitol.  
 
For those persons who will be testifying, information for in-person
witness registration, can be found here:

Texas residents who wish to electronically submit comments related to
