TDLR Strategic Planning Sessions Near You!

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) invites you to join a face-to-face strategic planning sessions that they are hosting around the state during March and April 2016. These sessions are your opportunity to share with TDLR officials your ideas and opinions about the agency and its operations. Your feedback during these open and interactive sessions will help TDLR chart the course for TDLR’s future.

Your voice matters. TDLR values your input and look forward to hearing from you during the strategic planning sessions. During each session participants will be asked to publicly respond to the following questions about TDLR:

• What are we doing well?
• What can we do better?
• If you were king or queen for a day, what changes would you make to TDLR rules, laws or processes?
• Over the next five years, what major changes will affect the way you do business and the services we provide?
